Ingredients:
4 steaks
3.5 oz Roquefort
4 oz white wine
20 oz Devon Cream
1 shallot
butter
salt/pepper
Directions:
Fry the steaks and keep them warm on a plate. Fry the chopped shallot in the cooking juice and add white wine. Simmer to reduce. Add Devon Cream and Roquefort. Cover the steaks with the sauce. Preparation time: 20 minutes
