4 fillet steaks, approximately 6 oz. (150-200g) each
1 jar WORLDFOODS MALAYSIAN RENDANG CURRY SAUCE
1. Marinate steaks with WORLDFOODS MALAYSIAN RENDANG CURRY SAUCE and leave for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. For best results, leave overnight.
2. Heat grill to high and cook steaks until done, about 2 minutes on each side for rare or 4 minutes on each side for medium to well done.
3. Serve with a chilled noodle salad on the side.
