250g chicken, cut into strips
250g beef, cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper, sliced into wedges
1 green bell pepper, sliced into wedges
1 onion, quartered
1 bottle Thai Turmeric Lemon Grass Marinade
1. Marinate chicken and beef in with Thai Turmeric Lemon Grass Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill.
3. Thread beef and chicken alternating with vegetables in between onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers.
4. Baste the kebabs with cooking oil and cook over hot grill for 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked.
