Ingredients:
3/4 pound of macaroni
1/2 pound Paladin Blue Cheese
2 ounces butter
salt
Directions:
Cook macaroni in salted water. At the same time, mix the butter and Paladin Blue Cheese and cook the mixture slowly in a saucepan for about ten minutes. Drain the macaroni and turn the Paladin Blue mixture into it. Stir with a wooden spatula and serve immediately.
Serves 4 people.
