1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced into 1/2 inch strips
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 cup St. Dalfour Minute Marinade
1/4 cup water
1. Heat Marinade in a 12-inch saucepan.
2. Add onions and peppers, stir and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add chicken and cook, stirring 2 more minutes, then add water and bring to a boil.
Serve with tortillas, rice and beans for a delicious Mexican treat.
