Ingredients:
1 can anchovies or boquerones
14 oz. cured Manchego cheese
Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Open can of anchovies. Drain oil and clean off spines if neccessary.
2. Place them in a shallow dish and cover them in olive oil for one hour.
3. Cut the cured manchego cheese into bite-sized pieces.
4. Place an anchovy on each piece.
