2 cups heavy cream
2 cups whole milk
1-1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of ACETUM Balsamic Vinegar
1. Boil cream, milk and sugar. Let it cool and then put it into an ice-cream machine.
2. As soon as the glaze has half frozen add ACETUM Balsamic Vinegar and put it again in the glaze machine for further 3-4 rounds.
3. Put the ice-cream into a precooled container and freeze it.
Tip: Scoop ice-cream into balls and place in glasses, sprinkle lightly with additional ACETUM Balsamic Vinegar.
