1- 1/2 pounds halibut
Freshly ground pepper
Freshly chopped parsley
4 tablespoons Real Wasabi WASABInMIRIN Vinaigrette
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Pat halibut dry and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1 side of each piece with parsley.
3. Heat a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet over high heat until hot. Add oil, then fish, parsley side up. Sear fish until undersides are browned, about 1 minute.
4. Turn fish over and put skillet in middle of oven. Roast until just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Serve fish, parsley side up, with a spoonful of WASABInMIRIN Vinaigrette. Top with pickled ginger.
