150g Creamy White Stiltion with Mango & Ginger,275g Greek yoghut,100g diced fresh or tinned mango. 30g stem ginger finely diced, 4 Brandy snap Baskets, Raspberries and mint leaves for garnish
Mix together the Creamy White Stiltion with Mango & Ginger and the Greek yoghurt. Add the chopped mango & ginger mix through evenly. Spoon the mixture into the Brandy snap baskets and to with raspberries and mint. Serve immediately.
