3 teaspoons Chai Chipotle 'Chup
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup teriyaki barbeque sauce
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
1 pound chicken tenderloin strips
1. Whisk together all ingredients except chicken until thoroughly combined.
2. Place half of mixture in a ziplock bag along with the chicken tenders, seal, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours allowing chicken to marinate.
3. Refrigerate and reserve the other half of the mixture for dipping. Keep the dipping sauce separate from the marinade at all times.
4. Thread the marinated chicken tenders onto skewers and grill over medium heat or coals until done. If using wood skewers, soak them in water before threading the chicken onto them and grilling.
