12oz artichokes hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 cups Dubliner or Vintage Irish Cheddar Cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8 in. baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes
at 300° F.
Serve with crackers, pita bread or tortilla chips.
