1.7 oz mascarpone cheese
1 oz grated parmesan cheese
5.3 oz Whole Artichoke with Stem
With a knife chop the Whole Artichoke with Stem (if you like it finer, can be mixed with a blender) after being drained from the liquid. Mix it in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and serve with tortilla chips, pita bread or naan bread. As you wish, the dip can be placed in small bowl, dusted with parmesan cheese and baked in oven for 3 or 4 min and served hot.
