6 oz heavy cream
8 oz milk
2 Tbsp Artichoke Heart Sauce hot-prep
8 oz Asiago shredded
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
A touch of salt and pepper
8 each of Grilled Artichoke halved
Crack eggs and whip them in a bowl adding in the cream and milk, continue to mix and add in the Artichoke Heart Sauce hot-prep, seasonings and Asiago cheese. Pour into pie shell and bake for 20 minutes at 400°F. Remove from oven and place the Grilled Artichoke equal distance around the top of the Quiche. Put back in oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
