Ingredients:
1 lb Shrimp (cleaned and de-veined)
2 Chicken breast (skinless & boneless)
1 Bunch broccoli florets
1Cup bell peppers ¼ inch dice (red and green)
½ Cup green onions
Cooked rice
1 Bottle Hawaiian Ponzu Sauce
2 Tbs. Peanut oil
Toasted Sesame seeds
S&P to taste
Directions:
Cut chicken in small bite sized pieces, add salt & pepper and set aside. Prepare hot pan (Wok if available) add 2 Tbs. Peanut oil and sauté chicken until brown. Remove chicken and to same pan add all vegetables. Cook @ 2 min until just soft and add shrimp. Cook 2 more minutes and add chicken and Hawaiian Ponzu Sauce. Let simmer for a couple minutes then serve over rice. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
