½ cup butter at room temperature
½ cup light brown sugar
5 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups Southern Alps muesli
Preheat oven to 350F and grease and 8x4-inch loaf pan.Cream butter and brown sugar withy an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in the peanut butter, then beat in the egg.
Sift the flower, baking powder, cinnamon and salt over the peanut butter mixture and stir.
Stir in the muesli.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 in apart. Press gently with the back of a spoon to spread each mound into a circle.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until lightly colorued.
Cool on a wire rack.
