8 to 10 pound fully cooked boneless smoked ham
1-3/4 cups Fischer & Wieser Gourmet Harvest Apple Cider Glaze
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the ham, fat side up, on a wire rack in shallow open roasting pan. With a sharp knife, make diagonal cuts in the top fat layer of the ham, about 1-1/2 inches apart, to form a diamond pattern. Stud the center of each diamond with a whole clove. Pour 1 cup of Fischer & Wieser Gourmet Harvest Apple Cider Glaze over the ham. Bake, uncovered, for about 2-1/2 hours, basting often with additional glaze. Allow ham to rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Pass additional, Fischer & Wieser Gourmet Harvest Apple Cider Glaze heated, in a sauce boat, at the table.
