Ingredients for 4 serving.
4oz Piave Vecchio (aged Piave cheese) granted
4 tablespoons heavy cream
4 oz (1/2) glass dry white wine
1 oz butter
salt and pepper to taste
Toast the tarts and keep warm. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and wine together very well. Add grated Piave Vecchio, heavy cream, salt and pepper and mix well. Place butter in a pan, add prepared mix and cook rapidly, stirring constantly until a homogenous, smooth, lump less cream is obtained. Arrange tarts on plates, distribute the cream, add more pepper and serve.
