20 oz Piave Fresco (fresh Piave cheese)
type "00" white flour
2 or 3 eggs
oil for frying
Cut Piave Fresco into approximately 1 inch slices. Coat slices with flour, then beaten eggs and finally the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil. Serve hot with boiled potatoes.
