4oz Piave Fresco (fresh Piave cheese)
8 slices prosciutto
2 hard boiled
Cook asparagus in salted, boiling water for 15 minutes then drain delicately using a skimmer. Make bunches, wrapping each in a slice of prosciutto. Place in buttered baking dish and cover with Piave Fresco slices about 1/8 inch thick. Place in preheated oven at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 10 minutes. Serve very hot.
