7oz mature Pecorino Toscano
7oz black olive
Cut the Pecorino Toscano and salami into 1cm thick slices, then cut into 3 cm. squares and spit the cheese and salami alternately on a skewer, ending with an olive. You may use sausage or wild boar sausage instead of salami, if you prefer. Garnish and serve this simple to prepare starter.
