5 oz White Chocolate
1/2 liter heavy cream
1 oz sugar
1.5 TBL Muscatel Vinegar
Melt white chocolate, mix with ½ a liter of cream and. Add 1.5 leaves of gelatin soaked and melted in muscatel vinegar. Place in a mould, cool and serve with berries.
