8 oz Hanfmutschli - The Joint cheese (rind removed and cut into 8 sticks)
8 slices whole wheat bread, crusts removed
4 tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoons tarragon, minced
Roll the bread completely flat with a rolling pin. It should look like a square tortilla. Place a stick of cheese into each bread square and brush on a little mayo to keep the bread together. Roll the bread and cheese up like a cigarette. Dip one end of the roll into mayo, then sprinkle with chopped tarragon, pressing to adhere to the mayo. Serve at room temp.
