3 lbs. turkey tenderloin
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 pkg Modern Day Masala spice blend
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
fresh lemon wedges
In a mixing bowl or Ziploc bag, mix together turkey, yogurt and spice blend.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and marinate for at least two (2) hours, up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Heat oil in oven-safe sauté pan over medium-high heat.
When oil is hot but not smoking, add turkey tenderloin. Brown on one side, then flip and brown the other side.
Place pan in oven and cook until turkey tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 165 F (about 15-20 minutes per pound).
Serve with a garnish of fresh lemon wedges
