1 pound nuts (we recommend a blend of cashews, almonds, and peanuts)
1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
1 Tablespoon vegetable or coconut oil
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss nuts in oil, spread in a pan, and roast in the oven. Stir occasionally to ensure an even toasting on the nuts.
After toasting, while nuts are still hot, toss in a bowl with remaining ingredients (garam masala, salt, sugar, and chili powder).
