Ingredients:
1 whole cornish hen per serving
Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Rinse hens, wipe dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper all over and let rest at room temperature for one hour.
Smear the outside with Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade and place hens in a roasting bag or on a rack fitted inside a roasting pan.
Bake at 375º until juices run clear when pierced with a sharp knife.
