1 small baguette, cut into 1/2 inch rounds
Olive oil for basting
Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade
Capers or thinly sliced scallions separated into rings
Lightly toast baguette rounds on a baking sheet.
Baste tops with olive oil. Spread Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade on each toast and top with a thin slice of goat cheese.
Bake at 325º for a few minutes or until the cheese is softened.
Garnish with a few capers or scallion rings and serve.
