5 6 oz. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
2 tbl. Gabbi’s Achiote Rub
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tbl. honey
Kosher salt, to taste
1.Salt the chicken breasts and place in a mixing bowl.
2.Combine Achiote Rub, orange juice, lime juice and honey to create the liquid marinade.
3.Apply liquid marinade to chicken breasts.
4.Set grill to medium heat. While on the grill, apply accumulated marinade to the chicken breasts.
5.Let chicken rest for five minutes before serving.
