Salad greens, Cooked and chilled shrimp, Jullienned red onion, chopped pea shoots, cherry tomatoes (halved), crushed toasted walnuts, dried cranberries/blueberries, crumbled goat or feta cheese, Three Farmers Oinon and Basil Camelina oil
Cook and cool the shrimp. Toss ingredients together with a generous drizzle of Three Farmers Roasted Onion and Basil Camelina Oil.Season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Garnish with julienne green onions.
Serve with a Carmelina Toasted Crouton: Brush bread with a generous amount of Camelina oil, season with a pinch of salt and ground pepper (or garlic and dried herbs). Toast in the oven until crisp.
