Ingredients (serves 4-6) - gluten free:
2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, minced
8 ounces broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
1 ½ cups cooked ham, cubed
1/3 cup whole milk
2 cups cooked, long grain white rice
1 ½ cups Marieke Gouda Young (2-4 months), shredded
salt and pepper
In large skillet melt butter and sauté onion until tender over medium high heat.
Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is crisp tender.
Reduce heat to medium low add milk, ham, and rice, gently cook until heated through and milk starts to simmer.
Stir in Marieke Gouda Young (2-4 months), gently cook until cheese has melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve immediately. Enjoy!
