500 ml vegetable broth
olive oil to taste.
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the zucchini, peel the apples and cook everything. Once cooked chop everything together. Add the vegetable stock and salt and bring to a boil, then add the pasta and add a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan.
