1 lb cooked and peeled shrimp
½ cup Dalmatia Black Olive spread
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp kalamata olives, roughly chopped
4 oz sundried tomatoes, julienned
½ small red onion, sliced thin
1 Avocado, diced
Remove tails from shrimp and place in large bowl. Toss shrimp with Dalmatia Black Olive spread ensuring to coat evenly. Add feta cheese, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, red onion, and avocado. Gently toss and serve on a bed of arugula.
