While I was in Iraq, one of my teammates got a delivery of camembert and charcuterie. A couple hours later I placed my first order. In the middle of the desert, for a couple of months, my friends and I ordered as much cheese, salmon, Irish and other European butters, chocolates and anything else that piqued our fancy as we could before the heat would spoil our fun. The excitement in our trailer when the white box arrived was almost silly; adults like children on Christmas Day!

Excellent choices for all products I looked at. It would be helpful if there was a "save" method in your basket in case of power failure in the last phase of checking out. Here in Florida the hurricanes cause power drop-offs at the worst times. I had just completed an order to you when power was lost & I had to start all over. Great overall tho & I will use this for my Christmas shopping for all my gourmet friends!!

Recently I placed an order for a single container of Mascarpone cheese and 1 lb. of othr cheese. I would have judged it pretty small. Not having purchased anything from you I just wanted to try your service. You did extreamely well!!! I placed the order on a Wednesday and asked for 2nd day air shipment. the $8 to $9 charge for the shipping I thought was acceptable (I thought next day ait was very high), 2 hours after I placed the order I had a confermation on my e-mail. The next day you e-mailed me to let me know it had shipped. About noon on Friday it arrived. The packageing was great, the insulated bag and the cold packs keep the products protected and safe. As a side note, by Sunday morning I was headed out with a "Walnut Torte with Mascarpone cream", I was concerned with keeping it cool. It was my wife that had saved your cold packs (in the freezer), they were put into the container with the torte and it arrived cool and firm. Thanks again for a good job.

First, your web site is wonderful and very informative ! I am cheese lover and found you cheese options delightful. I came upon your web site while searching for a particular Roquefort from France a friend received in a cheese of the month club.(Not sure which one) Anyway, I think it would be useful for individuals (like myself) if the pronunction for the different cheeses was included in the encyclopedia section.
