The Irving Farm Coffee Company is located on a farm 90 miles from New York City ,within the Hudson valley region of upstate New York. The farm sits in a serene, rural community at the foothills of both the Berkshire and Catskill Mountain ranges. All of their coffee is roasted in an early 19th century carriage house that has been converted into a modern roasting facility. Coffee beans from small estate farms around the world are shipped and stored in a climate-controlled environment, then carefully roasted to perfection. Each coffee selected by Irving Farm has gone through extensive study and cupping to determine its finest roast profile.
