CoonRidge Goat Cheese Dairy has been in business since 1982. The company runs a sustainable, non-chemical, non-factory farm and cheese making operation in the New Mexico high desert west of Albuquerque. The farm is located in a remote area that has no telephone or electric services. Generators are used to power the cheese making equipment and the finished cheeses are stored in a refrigerated facility in Albuquerque.

CoonRidge's goats range free on the New Mexican countryside. They are protected by Maremma guardian dogs who ward off mountain lions, bears, coyotes and wolves. This practice is predator friendly. The goats at CoonRidge eat only wild and organic food, which in turn produces a milk that is rich in flavor and high in Omega Threes.

This soft and spreadable cheese comes packed in a 7.5 ounce jar, covered with a heart healthy blend of organic monosaturated sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil. All ingredients are organic. Available in two wild New Mexican flavors, we offer their extra hot Flame Roasted Green Chile and the popular Chile Chipotle. Use either variety to spice up your next guacamole, top a baked potato, or simply as a snack atop crusty French bread. Varieties sold separately.
