Split Creek Farm is located in the scenic foothills of South Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains. This Grade A dairy is located in a barn designed and built by the owners to include the milking and cheese operations and a kid nursery. A retail gift shop featuring goat milk products and folk art is open to the public as well. Split Creek produces award winning farmstead goat cheeses, goat milk fudge, goat milk soap, and folk art.

These rolled goat's milk cheeseballs are soft and spreadable. Made from a light, creamy chevre mixed with raspberry or apricot and coated with almonds or pecans, they are great for entertaining or as a delectable, gourmet, midday snack. Varieties sold separately.

I was introduced to this cheese when a friend's sister began working at the dairy. All their products are WONDERFUL. The rolled chevre ball is sweet and creamy. It is always a hit at any parties I give. I rarely have any leftover. I usually pair it with some nutty flavored wheat cracker. The true test came when my picky father-in-law, who didn't want to have anything to do with goat cheese, loved it and kept coming back for more. My kids even love it and would snack on it all day
