- Cream Havarti with Dill: Denmark's most famous cheese. Mild, creamy and mellow with a fine sprinkle of herbal flavor. (1/2 lb.)
- Bruder Basil: Creamy, Bavarian beech wood smoked cheese. (1/2 lb.)

This was a gift for my nephew and his wife. They frequently have family and friends over and I thought it would make a nice presentation for a party. They used some of the cheese on Christmas day and I really enjoyed munching on it (cheddar).

This was a nice collection. It gave you a variety of choices and enabled you to sample. This would be a good selection for someone wanting to try gourmet cheese for the first time or a foodie.
