Served this as the main course at a Sunday book club brunch on a snowy February day. A delicious blend of cheeses. Utilized the included recipe. It was easy to make and enjoyed by all. I chose to cook on my gas range and transfer to my fondue pot. With that I did pour off the excess oil before serving and it was a fine choice. Served with a variety of crusty breads, vegetables and apples.

I served the i-gourmet fondue recipe with these cheeses at my monthly book club. It was a huge success! Delicious! I did find I had loads of excess oil while initially heating the cheeses, but I just strained these off and the final product was enjoyed by all!

I made the recipe that came with the cheese and it was totally delicious. Everyone at the fondue party enoyed it thoroughly. Plenty of cheese left over to make other things. They did swap out the appenzeller for another variety of cheese which was just as good.

We have in our area a number of large dairy farms. At one, the Fair Oaks Farm, there is a tour conducted and a retail facility. The cheese from this store is some of the best I have ever had. The fondue set is a gift, and I had thought to include the cheeses from this farm. As it turns out, their inventory is more limited than I knew. Your cheeses are every bit as fine as those from this farm and, more importantly, your selection is so extensive.
