- Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto: A sweet, tender and mild cheese from Tuscany made from a careful balance of 90% sheep's milk and 10% cow's milk. Shavings of rare Italian white truffle are blended into the cheese, which is followed by a brief aging period to allow the truffle aroma and flavor to penetrate all through the creamy cheese. This transforms Boschetto into a powerfully addictive delicacy.
- Goat Camembert: This extra creamy goat's milk cheese from France is satiny-smooth with a firm, slightly chewy, edible white crust. Its flavor is all goat - tangy and rustic with hints of lemon and hay.
- Le Marechal: A raw cow's milk Swiss cheese produced in small batches in the town of Corcelles-aux-Payernes. The cheese is rubbed with Herbes de Provence (a blend of thyme, oregano and other country herbs) giving it a beautiful appearance and a wickedly spicy flavor. (8 oz)
- Smokey Blue: Gold Medal winning raw-milk blue cheese from the Rogue Valley Creamery in Oregon. Robust and sweet with a rich buttery finish, gently smoked over hazelnut shells.

Lovely mixed array of cheeses. The Caved Aged Swiss Gruyere was a particular family favorite. However the Boschetto al Tartofo Bianchetto was BRILLIANT. A most exquisite flavor from initial taste to its lingering memory.

Missed 2nd day UPS delivery-went to pick up on 3rd day (9pm!). Cheeses were very fragrant, little bit warm but still good. Truffle cheese was the best-the rest were too stinky to enjoy properly. In freezer for moment to stop fermentation.

My husband and I received this as a wedding gift. Every cheese in the collection is truly exquisite! We were both particular to the Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto and the Cave Aged Gruyere--and have been back for more! Do yourself a favor... try one for yourself or a loved one!

As we nibbled through the Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto, Goat Camembert and even the Berkshire Blue (shockingly, we didn't think it possible, a bit too stinky), we were not impressed by the sheer mediocrity of [...] platinum selection. We were so disappointed until we opened lastly, the Cave Aged Swiss Gruyere! It was incredible beyond words. So, we likely will not order the package again - but we will be ordering the Gruyere for sure!
