If you've been following the voting for this year's Savory 16 cheese match, you're familiar with the four outstanding cheeses that have made it to the Final Four. Now, you can decide the winner for yourself with our Final Four assortment. Representing the countries of Italy, France, England, and America, these four cheeses were voted to be the best of the best. Which one is the ultimate? Taste and decide for yourself!

This assortment includes:

Parmigiano Reggiano: Made from raw cow's milk and aged for over 18 months. Full flavored and nutty, with a wonderful grainy texture. Serve grated or shaved. Don't forget to save the rind for stocks and sauces! (8 oz.)

Gruyere de Comté: Created by local villagers in alpine dairies called "Fruiteries", its milk comes only from Montbeliarde and Tachete de L'est cows. Each 70+ pound wheel of Comté is aged for at least six months, resulting in a sweet and nutty masterpiece! (8 oz)

Royal Blue Stilton: This special Stilton, still produced in Leicestershire, is full, rich and creamy. Its blue veins radiate outward from a natural, crinkly brown crust, revealing layers and folds of honeyed, cheddary flavor. (8 oz.)

Crater Lake Blue: Robust and sweet with a rich buttery finish, it is best described as a blend of Roquefort and Danish blue cheese recipes. (8 oz.)

Water Crackers: Perfect for serving with cheeses, fruit, and spreads when entertaining. (4 oz.)

All four of the cheese's in this sampler were excellent for their respective catagorie's. The Parmigiano Reggiano & Gruyere de Comté are both excellent and the Royal Blue is one of the best blue cheese's on the planet. But I think my favorite in this group was the Crater Lake Blue. After allowing it to warm to room temp, I started eating small pieces on crackers, but after a few bits I discarded the crackers in place of just eating small pieces of the cheese. This cheese is not as strong as the Stilton, but it is one of the creamiest and smoothest Blues I have ever had. If I had to pick a winner out of the four it would be the Crater Lake Blue. Wonderful Stuff.

These cheeses are to die for!!! The Gruyere should be reported to the Drug Enforcement people because it's addictive! Dive right in and order these, folks, but leave some more for me!

I thought the product was a very good value for the taste. The cheeses were of the highest quality and were quite flavorful.
All in all they were all very goood tasting cheeses.
And I will defitely buy from igormet again very very soon!

I was trilled when iGourmet put together their 2008 People's Choice final 4 selections at a special price because I really wanted to try them, together. I gathered a small group of friends & served these 4 winners with another winner, a very rare hand crafted Belgium beer. My guest really appreciated the pairing and enjoyed discussing & comparing the qualities of the food & beverage. My party was was successful, thanks to iGourmet

We loved both blue cheeses. We used them on everything from crackers to pizza. THe Parm and the guyere were wonderful additions to dishes also.
