We have put together a delightful selection of four cheeses to pair perfectly with beer! When pairing cheese, we often think of wine, but these three cheeses are made for ale. The assortment includes:
- Cotswold: Cotswold is a cheese from England that is often called "Pub Cheese" in its home country. The base is sharp orange Double Gloucester. Flavored with onion and chives, it is the perfect match for any beer.
- Denhay Farm Cheddar: Denhay Cheddar is carefully matured and monitored until it is 11 months old when it is sold as premium West Country Farmhouse Cheddar.
- Cheshire: This dense, crumbly cow's milk cheese derives its mild saltiness from the pastures of the Cheshire plain. England's oldest-known cheese, it is reddish-orange in color and has a salty, tangy flavor.
- English Cheddar with Caramelized Onions: Creamy, buttery pasteurized cheddar is perfectly blended with tangy, caramelized onions to produce a new English favorite.
This assortment includes a 1/2 pound of each selection.

Two were great. The beer cheese had to be done in small cubes and had quite a smell to go with it
