Excellent assortment and great diversity for a cheese board. I served at Thanksgiving and all cheeses were well received. I added goat cheese and fig and cranberry spreads which were nice additions. The Blue was superb - creamy, smooth and not too strong. The Bridgids Abbey was the hit of the party. Plus, you can't go wrong with VT Maple Cheddar and Baby Swiss!
