Today I blogged a review about the awesome-ness of your company and products at [@], it will be on the front page all day and in the archives after that under food & wine. Thanks for the super quality [...]!
This was a wonderful selection of blue cheeses. [...]I commented on the individual cheeses as follows:Roquefort: Everything you would expect out of a Rouefort. This was similar in quality to others I've had in the US, and had it's wonderful, pungent bite and earthy flavor. If you've not had this before, don't be put off by what can be a messy rind with foil sticking all over it. If the rind bothers you, trim off 1/8 of an inch or so. Mountain Gorgonzola: This cheese was wonderful using it in cooking. As an after dinner or snack by it's own though it's not quite as biting, pungent or earthy as the other blues here, so it can be hard to distinguish if served with them. It's a great cheese on a classic Italian four cheese pizza though, or mixed into something you are cooking that can handle a pretty strong burst of flavor in it. Roaring Forties: I had never had this blue and was pleasantly surprised. Very creamy but firmer than I expected, probably due to the hard rind. It has it's own distinct afterbite that put me off at first but I ended up wanting to try more and more. A very nice selection. It was also wonderful on some water crackers.Royal Blue Stilton: This is usually a wonderful cheese. However the particular Stilton they selected didn't have it's distinctive flavor for me and ended up tasting rather bland. More along the lines of a crumbly Danish blue than an English Stilton. This could have been due to it's age, or shipping. It was still very edible, just not as tasty as other Stilton's I have had.
This was my first order and will not be my last. I tried each of the selection in different arrangements. I had a wine and cheese tasting party, stuffed filet's for grilling and topped fresh spring mixed salad greens.
All my guest's will probably become igourmet's new customers!!
All the cheeses were very tasty. I used them for snacks. I compared the prices to the local supermarket and they were actually cheaper.
I gave it to my mom for Christmas and she absolutly loved it! i GOT TO try it as well and it was very yummy. WIll be ordering again from you guys!
The Roaring Forties was easily my favorite. The strongest of the cheeses, however, was the Mountain Gorgonzola. The Royal Blue Stilton was a surprising disappointment without the usual strength of flavor of Stilton. The Roquefort was very nice and made me wonder what happened to Roquefort dressing.

Great assortment of Blue Cheese. If you like it on steak or just by itself you are in for a treat.

Simply fantastic. An authentic assortment of high quality blues from around the world. Best enjoyed with a nice red wine, thin crackers and good friends.
This was a great value and a wonderful array of flavors. This is a great way to try an assortment of fabulous blue cheeses.

The Le Rochefort Blue is especially excellent, veyr rich and creamy with that hot blue spiciness overtone. I really enjoyed this assortment
Loved the product and think all the cheeses are wonderful, even though we have not finished the entire gift set yet. The only issue was the shipping, since I asked for the arrival time to be on a certain date/closeness to Christmas, and a neighbor was going to watch our front door to pick up the package and store it for secrecy. Luckily, I noted that the box arrived far too early, mailed from igourmet even before the projected arrival choices I had made online for Christmas. That would be our only real complaint.
This was a gift for my Husband, who greatly enjoyed the different flavors of each of these amazing blue cheeses! This is one worth repeating!
