The selection is great as a dessert substitute. The cheese I thought I wouldn't enjoy is the Chocolate Capri, but it turned about to be one of my favorites. It was quite creamy and had a taste similar to a fudgesicle. I found the White Stilton with Mango and Ginger to be my least favorite. I was expecting more mango. There was just too much ginger for me personally. I still think this assortment is a great buy.
