I don't know,so many people think this is such a great cheese but I found it to be bland, mushy and so soft it was hard to slice. We have a few Italian markets here that make excellent cows milk mozzarella that is milky, creamy and just firm enough to slice nicely. I'll stick to these.
Of the eight I ordered 4 of the mozzarella balls arrived spoiled. Wish they could be replaced. The other 4 were excellent.
Served with tomato, basil and balsamic vinegar.

Wonderful with sliced tomatoes, basil and oil.
I love fresh mozzarella and i thought this would be perfect to try. It was very disappointing- the aftertaste was bitter and odd and left my stomach feeling slightly off.
This is a simple but gourmet item. Don't cook this one, it's meant to be eaten as is. Use as a Caprese salad w/basil and sliced tomatoes and drizzle good EVOO and vinegar on top. First tasted this near Naples, Italy, on the farm where they made it from the water buffalos. It's a far cry from the prepackaged mozzerella sold in the dairy section of our supermarkets. For a special taste treat, try this.

I've been looking for this for many years. We used to eat this cheese all the time in the Philippines. As you know, we have a lot of water buffalos there. We first tasted it in LV at Mario's restaurant (Venetian Hotel). The waiter was kind enough to refer me to your web-site. Thx!!!

The only problem was that it was drowning in the liquid. Understandable due to short shelf life. We drained it first. Awesome, just like we remembered from Italy.

I had heard so much about this cheese and felt fortunate enough to buy some. Loved it! So much better than the domestic mozzarella I've tried. Would definitely purchase again. Nice to have access to gourmet cheese in areas where foodies aren't catered to as much.

I think for all the whoopdedoo about buffalo mozz I was disappointed. It was waterey and crumbly. But I did manage to slice and eat on my tomatoes and basil. The flavor was good - I ate the whole deal! Leaning towards the fresh in my market at this point. Would like to try again.

This was so elegant and smooth on a homemade pizza. the flavor is just so titalating on your tastebuds. It was also excellent on a salad.

I combined with fresh basil, campari tomatoes, fresh olive oil for the traditonal Italian salad.

I kept seeing this product on the food channel, and I knew it was going to be good. I had it with wine, and later as a snack. I didn't order enough of it to experiment with sandwiches or cooking. I will be ordering more,...it offered lots of texture and flavor, and I am sure it would be absolutely wonderful on pizza. But then again, it was great all by itself. Very good taste.
A much more flavorful example of fresh mozzarella than the domestic cows milk varieties that are available locally. Definately worth trying!

Mozzarella di Bufala is an absolute wonderful cheese, best when placed atop pizza for the ultimate Italian pizza with fresh basil and homemade sauce and dough. Also good by itself. The taste is not overwhelming, but holds a faint salty flavor. Perfect'O

This is, without a doubt, the best Mozzarella Cheese! You can not get it fresher unless you make it yourself. [...]

I've had much better. I couldn't eat this. I expected a firm solid consistancy. Parts of the center were a liquid mess. I wont order this again.
It tastes as good as I remember buffalo mozzarella to be. Glad I finally found it again and can enjoy when I please!
Definitely met expectations. Has been far better than the grocery store's products around here.

I have purchased mozarella bufala at a local specialty store and is is nowhere near as delicious as yours! Yours makes me feel as if I'm back in Italy. And it's so much better for you than the regular mozarella!

Don't waste this by serving with too may other ingredients. It has such a slightly sweet, unique but delicate flavor. I had Mozzarella di Bufala several times in Italy, and this brand that [...] has is the best- can't remember where I wrote the name down. (But, I've received the same brand the 3 times I've ordered it.)
