This wonderful dessert cheese combines the triple cream decadence of Brillat Savarin with the lovely fruitiness of Papaya. If we're being truthful you could easily enjoy this for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but limiting it to appetizer or dessert may be best for all concerned.

I loved this cheese I used it as part of a cheese and wine tasting and it was well received. I had a bit of a problem with the papaya but most people did not.

I was surprised that the papaya didn't add more in the way of flavor. However, the addition of bits of texture to the basic (excellent) cheese was appreciated.

This is a delicious cheese and perfect for the spur of the moment get-together for family and/or friends.
It is the right texture that easily slices so that you get the full flavor of the cheese and the topping of Papaya bits that coat the exterior. It is just plane wonderful and goes so well with a good reisling.
