Comments about Baby Brie:

We like to serve a cheese course in the traditional way: at room temperature after a meal with 3 - 5 contrasting varieties. (Which is not to say we don't eat it many other times and ways!) There is almost always a "Brie-style" cheese as part of the mix, and this one fills that slot perfectly. Rich, creamy, really as good as Brie gets.

Comments about Baby Brie:

This delicious brie cheese goes so fast that we haven't gotten to try the other recipes for it.

So creamy and silky on its own or with french bread and a Chenin Blanc or Chardonnay.

Let it sit out for 20-30 minutes before serving and then its just right.

I absolutely love igourmet, but not this
By Gribe from Northern Montana on 12/31/2007
Pros:
Delicate, Smooth
Cons:
Not much flavor, Underripe
Describe Yourself:
Foodie, Good cheese devotee

Comments about Baby Brie:

This really disappointed me, because everything that I have ever gotten from igourmet has been more than great. It's probably my fault - haven't had too much experience with Brie. Was expecting something more flavorful - like Camembert. I must say, I complained & they immediately sent me a 14oz. Coulommiers. Now I have a new cheese to love.
Igourmet rocks!!
