My husband requests this cheese every time I order. He loves it as a snack with some croissant flavor crackers - nothing else, just crackers and cheese. The cheese satisfies his Greek born and world travelled palate like nothing else.

My husband's from Delft and invariably prefers this to gouda found in the local deli/grocery store. We like our main meal at lunch time, then often have this cheese along with grapes in the evening. It's just right in terms of saltiness, unlike the aged goudas.

This is a must have in our house. Friends visit and look particularly for it on an hors d
'oeuvres tray and my husband loves a wedge with crackers for a late night snack.It has such wonderful flavor and is fir without being hard or crumbly.

One of the most versatile cheeses I have found. It is creamy, yet has great flavor with that mellow aftertaste as it melts in your mouth that cheese lovers crave. The size and portability, as well as the way it's first waxed, then wrapped, means you can take it anywhere with just a pocketknife and bread and wine or beer for outdoor or travel activities. Really a bargain, especially when on sale I stock up, they keep very well!
