Unlike the former two, which had their fruit pressed into the rind, Fig Chevre has pureed figs mixed throughout its creamy, tangy interior. This cheese had a wonderful flavor, it didn't make it to a variety of uses because it was consumed entirely immediately on crackers when we'd intended to have only a sample. My only complaint would be that I did not order more...you can be assured I will have a generous order of this cheese coming!
