Served with Prosecco prior to dinner. Guests went crazy for it and devoured it all. Strong wine flavor leaps at your taste buds and makes you want more. I was surprised that every one of my 9 guests liked the cheese. Chose that over the Asiago I served.
Keep it simple. Prosecco or Champagne is enough of a complement.
A good overall product.
Italy at it's best
This was a great cheese with a good Cabernet Savignon. Great snacking cheese with poppy seed crakers.
This cheese was the hit of our last staff party. So many people asked me what it was and where it was from that I had to put the information in the staff bulletin the following day.
