What a fun combination of products this is! The cheeses are very tasty, and the pepper jam is a nice foil to them. I have to admit, I haven't yet even looked at the cookbook, because I've just been enjoying the eating! I've most enjoyed the pepper jam alongside the cheeses with some mild crackers and maybe a little fruit as a late-evening snack. The pepper jam is also nice spread on a cracker with some Serrano ham (probably some people will be horrified that I've even tried that, but it was quite good!). I've really enjoyed this!
